Well I started a few days ago running anywhere between 1/2mile - 1 1/2 mile's in the morning, and sometimes at night. Night because it is all lit up, and I run a stretch of about 150yards 10-15 times. Now I dont have a tred, but is this just as good? I really wanna lose that excess on my abs..Some help please...also will this also work on your "love handles" ?
