    Getting angry, mean and irritable...

I've started to notice that I get really angry after not eating for about 2 1/2 hours and by 3 hours I get mean. Really mean.

A guy's wife brought him more stuff to buy when we were in line at a clothing store today (not realizing that I hadn't eaten for 3 hours, the inconsiderate bastard!) and I dang near popped him and told him that if he was still shopping to get the hell out of the line. Normally I wouldn't do that. After I ran to the car and grabbed a snack, I was suddenly the most pleasant guy around.

Anyone else have this problem? Guess I'm going to have to start carrying a cooler with some chicken and rice and all that in it with me when I go out.
Now in pain, only working out the walking sticks.

For me, tired and hungry is the worst combination...but by that stage I'm usually too tired to act on any stupid impulses I get.

People wonder why I call myself Mr. T. One dude asked, 'does the T stand for tough?' I said no. Another dude asked if the T stands for my last name, Tureaud. No it does not. The 'T' in Mr. T stands for tuna. T loves tuna.

Low blood sugar...does the same thing to me. I get really irritable, and/or light-headed and can't think straight until I eat something. Then when I do, I can feel it entering my bloodstream like a drug and shortly after, I'm back to my old self

In fact, most people who know me well will ask as soon as I start getting edgy, "Do you need to eat something?"

I read somewhere that keto diet causes people to become easily irritable. And, when i get on keto, I get pissed off quickly.

Hunger doesn't bother me as much as sleep or caffeine deprivation.

I would think this would be mostly true during the time that your body is adapting to being in ketosis. Usually the first 1-3 weeks depending on the person.
