Thank you, I do take pretty good care of my teeth. It seems people point that out every time I post my pictures at a forum, but it motivates me to always brush and floss.
I need to get back to that rippedness I had (I lost a bit during this past college semester). Thank you all for the compliments, always appreciated! (espescially from ladies!

I started exercising and getting into shape since 8th grade.. so that'd be like, '97 I think. I played football then, but we didn't lift yet, just did the basic movements and drills. Did that until 9th grade, and probably about 10th grade I actually started working out with weights actively and educated myself.
Sorry for the life story on my transformation! But roughly 5 years of training my body, and about 3 years of lifting weights. I'm 19 years old now.
Personal records are a one rep max of 260 on bench (while at a bodyweight of about 175) and I squatted 405 three times. I haven't maxed since high school, and really don't care to anymore since I work out with only one other person and don't have to try and impress a bunch of teenagers in the weight room.

Oh, they have a Crunch there now? Figures... after I leave! I didn't like what was Australian Body works and Bally's was way down the road.
Is that where you go? I was just in Alpharetta, GA and I worked out at Gold's Gym on Haynes Bridge Rd.? I may be off on the street though
