Whats up, Im new to the forum & bodybuilding. I have been in martial arts for 6 years, and I wanted to add some mass to my frame and I ended up going from 5'10 @ 135lbs to 174lbs in 6 months keeping damn near the same BF%. I plan to reach 200 by April , then I might cut for summer, who knows, thats my introduction. I hope to conversate with all of you on the amazing sport bodybuilding and life!

I believe you lol know lots of guys who dont look their age we have a few of em on this site. Myself as well although not as much as before

TS, you look good bro. Your legs are definitely a strong point. From what I can tell in the pictures, your shoulders and back also look very broad...you look like you should be able to carry a good bit of mass with no problem.

you have an awesome base there bro! good overall size and shape(especially your delts in the rear double bi shot)! keep it up and you will be a rock. just stick with basic compound movents for low reps. welcome to the board!

Very nice for a 15 year old. Agree with most of the criticism, your legs rock, and you have tons of potential for your upper body. Keep blasting those muscles, and you'll be an even bigger beast!
