heres some pics as of today, took about 9 days off from the gym, and dieting. im 177.5 here, about 4 lbs of water, fat, bloat over the last 9 days, as i went back to NY for xmas.
starting a new routine, adding more protein to diet, etc.
id like to be around 170, all the while keeping (or adding?) strength.
