New to this board, tell me what yall think
hey guys i am 16 and weigh 150 and i am 5'5". if i could get you guys to tell me what i need to work on it would be great. it doesnt look like i am even close to being ads big as any of you guys on here but i like to think i have a nice foundation. feb 1st will be two years of bodybuilding for me.

hey guys i was wondering as i said b4 i weigh 150 and right now i am trying to bulk. but i wanna weigh around 190 by mthe end of my senior yr, so basically in 2 yrs i wanna put on 40lbs of lean muscle, is it possible?

lookin real good... everything looks pretty good to me actually.. could work on the hams a bit though wish I got into body building when i was that young..

i agree...the only place i see needing some work so far is the hams.
the rest of you looks pretty damn good, but the hams need to catch up a bit. you could pop those erectors out a bit too. do you deadlift?A little learning is a dangerous thing...

do i deadlift now that is a funny question
j/k. well lately i havent deadlifted due to i messed up my back bowling, long story, and very stupid one too. but yeah i can max out at deadlift at 420 and usually do sets with 225 and hit the reps between 8-10. and i do stifflegged deadlifts always when going for reps. for some reason when i do stiff legged ones it puts more emphasis on my spinal erectors rather than my ham strings.thnx for the compliments guys, very appreciated.

Well, he's 5'5, so automatically 150 pounds is a lot of weight to be carried on a frame that size. Especially as lean as he is.
