i want to shed some body fat to be more cut i've tried cardio upon rising on an empty stomach but i felt overtrainedbecause i was training twice daily and i want to know if doing cardio after weight training is good or i loose muscle mass(i follow a sensible diet)
Diet is the #1 thing you can do to cut some weight off. You don't have to do cardio in the morning on an empty stomach for it to be effective.
If you are going to combine lifting and cardio then do cardio last, or do cardio on a separate day.

Deep Thoughts by Jack Handey:
I can picture in my mind a world without war, a world without hate. And I can picture us attacking that world, because they'd never expect it.
Is there anything more beautiful than a beautiful, beautiful flamingo, flying across in front of a beautiful sunset? And he's carrying a beautiful rose in his beak, and also he's carrying a very beautiful painting with his feet. And also, you're drunk.

Try to schedule it as far from your weight training as possible.
If you do it in the morning have a protein shake beforehand and maybe a little fruit.
FRUIT IS EVIL!!!!!!!

"Test all things; hold fast what is good.": 1 Thessalonians 5:21
"I do not understand what I do. For what I want to do I do not do, but what I hate I do. And if I do what I do not want to do, I agree that the law is good. As it is, it is no longer I myself who do it, but it is sin living in me. I know that nothing good lives in me, that is, in my sinful nature. For I have the desire to do what is good, but I cannot carry it out. For what I do is not the good I want to do; no, the evil I do not want to do--this I keep on doing. Now if I do what I do not want to do, it is no longer I who do it, but it is sin living in me that does it.
So I find this law at work: When I want to do good, evil is right there with me. For in my inner being I delight in God's law; but I see another law at work in the members of my body, waging war against the law of my mind and making me a prisoner of the law of sin at work within my members. What a wretched man I am! Who will rescue me from this body of death? Thanks be to God--through Jesus Christ our Lord!"

Hahaha...
The reason I suggested fruit is because you WANT your liver glycogen to be saturated preferentially before morning cardio because it is the liver that breaks down muscle to saturate itself.
NEVER do the two together ... Split them if possible.
and cack ..... fruit is VERY VERY evil ... will you not be told. damn it.![]()
