    Readjusting coloric Intake for cut

Question Friends: When planning for a cutting diet should I continually adjust amount of calories per Lb. of body weight as my weight goes down. ( i.e now eating 2,660 for cutting diet in 2 weeks when I weigh less should recalculate and eat 2,500.)

Thanks in advance for your advice.

You can make amendments week by week depending on how your weight changes.

As you get lighter your metabolic calorie requirements go down, so adjust them as you see fit.

I think you're trying to micro manage it too much. i.e. don't worry about it that much unless it stops working.
Now in pain, only working out the walking sticks.
