That might have something to do with it (the Driver being rough, not my toughness). The protein powders I use tend to make quite thin shakes, while I think most slow-release powders are thicker (casin)?

Oh, if you think you had a binge day, you don't even want to hear about some of mine. I've had steak sandwiches that I'd estimate at 3,000 calories.
