How much protein does 100g of boneless chicken breast,no skin and raw contain?

Well how much guys? Fitday.com and Calorie King report them differently. Roughly how much is it close to?

    Thanks

Of course. For one, you're adding oil and herbs. Second, you're heating it, so that removes some protein.
