    hello im a new member to this site 5'11'' 180lbs i should be around to learn some tips. planing on starting a TEST EQ cycle in the near future let me know what you guys think. --ZANEDOM

    I think you have a very good physique, but you could accomplish quite a bit simply on a bulking diet, and maybe leave off the anabolics for now, but the choice is yours of course.

    Good start, and while I don't really want to join the rest of them in it.. I'd say continue training natural for a while longer before you consider a cycle. Once you get everything down good, then consider it.

    zanedom, how old are you?
    if your under 26 I would concentrate on clean and natural if your over that ballpark your body probably needs the steroid push to get the mass
    (IMHO)
