Yep , it's time for a new journal. That other one was a lost cause......
Anhow, I'm exactly 12 weeks out from a show that's April 26th. As much as I want to do the Fitness, it's not going to happen this time around. So my first show will be a bodybuilding show. That's final.

35's x 6 - these felt much easier
5 mins cardio....... umm can't seem to get this cardio kick I had going back grrrrrrrrr

Thanks to all my well wishers.....
Split my workout up today. I don't see my good friend much anymore so I definitely wanted to train with her today except she couldn't until later today and me being the morning person that I am , I just had to get my squats over and done with this morning ....

Ok seriously now. I am to 90 degrees. My form is something that I always keep strict. In about 4 weeks I'll be having some photos down in a gym so I will show you , you doubter!!!tuttut

The first workout you posted was top notch, doing 35's for 6 on the db curl would put alot of the male members to shame on the board. Same for the 225 for squat! unreal stuff going on there.
