    NHE vs. KETO

    Which one of these diets would be better for losing approx 20lbs of FAT within 3 months with as little muscle loss as possible ?

    i think either would could work but NHE gives a bit more flexibility in terms of what you can eat

    i agree with doc... If you want to lose 20lbs in three months your also going to have to exercise.. well, of course there's always the subway diet... just ask Jared

    yeah I know. I lift weight and will be doing cardio. I'm just wondering which diet. I am going for NHE.

    I guess I'll give NHE a try for a month or so and see how it does. I was planning on using a KETO for sub 10% fat loss anyway.
