    Need suggestions: WBB #1

I need a few suggestions for changing it. I cannot do the dips/chins/standing calve raise due to lack of equipment. Any suggestions to what I can do? For the chins would any kind of pull-down be adequate? Just need a few suggestions to what I can do. I have a very limited set of equipment, the home gym does permit me to do the pull-downs, it has a bench and I have a bar, so I should be able to do all the other movements in wbb#1.

Pull downs would work. If at home I would think of adding a chin bar somewhere. For me its a peice of rebar over a joyce in the garage. I start on a ladder and wear gloves. As far as dips, you can do them off a bench. Hands behind you, fee on floor or chair. Only done this a couple times. If you got room build something out of wood. A dip station would be easy I think.

Calves are tricky I was doing them with a bar on my back like squatting and standing on 2x10. I didn't like the balance. Lately I been doing them one leg at a time. I got an army backpack I load up. My bench it square tubing. so stand on it. After 50lbs it get difficult to get the backpack on. I set the bag on a chest freezer. Eventually I gonna look into getting something better. What I did friday was 3 sets back to back. No rest, so I didn'
t have to screw with the pack or add weight.

In WBB1 the dips are apart of a chest routine. This would fit into a triceps routine but wouldn't hit the chest at all as far as I could tell. I would use a set of DB's and an decline bench if possible. A good DB set is a good investment for any home gym, and you could use them for single leg standing calve raises.
    Good Luck...
