    Fat Boy Most Muscular

After the picture was taken, I realized I should have bent my arms more at the elbows. I also realized I am a fat boy . Oh well. I weighed 226 in my underwear on our new digital scale. I suppose that translates to 229, or so, in clothes.

    Anyway, here it is:

It's cool how lean your arms stay regardless of your belly.

Dude, you don't look that fat. I haven't really been around here in a while, but if I remember correctly, you don't really diet right? I bet if you just reduced calories a bit for like 4-6 weeks you would lean out quite a bit considering how much muscle you have.

LOL, Sasquatch... Nahh, no dieting for now. One of these days I'll get the urge to diet again.

Naaahhhh, that's just me (and a lot of men). My legs stay lean as well. I store the majority of my fat on my lower back and belly.

Don't look fat. Look very very muscular.
"It is often said, mainly by the "no-contests", that although there is no positive evidence for the existence of God, nor is there evidence against his existence. So it is best to keep an open mind and be agnostic. At first sight that seems an unassailable position, at least in the weak sense of Pascal's wager. But on second thought it seems a cop-out, because the same could be said of Father Christmas and tooth fairies. There may be fairies at the bottom of the garden. There is no evidence for it, but you can't prove that there aren't any, so shouldn't we be agnostic with respect to fairies?"

    Richard Dawkins

"Out of all of the sects in the world, we notice an uncanny coincidence: the overwhelming majority just happen to choose the one that their parents belong to. Not the sect that has the best evidence in its favour, the best miracles, the best moral code, the best cathedral, the best stained glass, the best music: when it comes to choosing from the smorgasbord of available religions, their potential virtues seem to count for nothing, compared to the matter of heredity. This is an unmistakable fact; nobody could seriously deny it. Yet people with full knowledge of the arbitrary nature of this heredity, somehow manage to go on believing in their religion, often with such fanaticism that they are prepared to murder people who follow a different one."

    Chris, I gotta say, honestly, that's ****.

That picture, I mean. It does NOT do your arms justice, in the least.

Guys, this dude has arms that look twice as wide as mine in person, and I gotta say, they ain't looking their best there.

    Re-pose, try again.

For a man that can curl more than I can bench, thats looking pretty good. Although I would imagine that your arms are much larger than they appear. I too have that problem of only having fat stored on my belly, it sucks sometimes doesn't it?

"I do not understand what I do. For what I want to do I do not do, but what I hate I do. And if I do what I do not want to do, I agree that the law is good. As it is, it is no longer I myself who do it, but it is sin living in me. I know that nothing good lives in me, that is, in my sinful nature. For I have the desire to do what is good, but I cannot carry it out. For what I do is not the good I want to do; no, the evil I do not want to do--this I keep on doing. Now if I do what I do not want to do, it is no longer I who do it, but it is sin living in me that does it.
So I find this law at work: When I want to do good, evil is right there with me. For in my inner being I delight in God's law; but I see another law at work in the members of my body, waging war against the law of my mind and making me a prisoner of the law of sin at work within my members. What a wretched man I am! Who will rescue me from this body of death? Thanks be to God--through Jesus Christ our Lord!"

Go back a page or two and you will see a pic of my back. My back is definitely my strong point. Yeah, I wasn't too happy with the turnout of the picture either. I makes my arms look long and skinny, and my shoulders and traps look smaller than I think they appear. I am not sure as to the problem. Again, if I bent my arms more at the elbows, it would give a better appearance as well.

cool pic. You remind me alot of a guy in my gym who looks like a more extreme, older version of you - he is a FAT guy, I mean not storing a little bit of fat like you do but with a large bball like belly - but his HUGE arms (around the 19" mark) are so lean! vascular!
I envy you guys - when I get fat I get fat all way around

That's what I was thinking too after seeing some older pics of him. Granted he still looks good, but after seeing his incline DB curls and lat spread pics the MM in this thread doesn't seem up to par.
