Since sun = evil, tanning beds = evil, what sunless tanners do some bodybuilders use to stay dark(natural looking) that doesn't streak or make you orange or a dark dark dark brown? key is natural looking....
Bodybuilders are pale mofos. They only tan up for a contest it all depends how dark you want to be. I used this stuff called ProTan that comes with a brush. It worked okay, but I seen Bb use this stuff that comes out a bottle like shoe polishthe rubbed on with gloves.

Since sun = evil,
Pro Bodybuilders use spray on tan
To get good at most things takes 2-4 years i.e BodyBuilding, Martial Arts, Musical Instrements ect.

sun is necessary for absorption of vitamin D???? or something........ in excess it IS bad, and when people lay out and tan, that is in excess.
People who never see sunlight can get rickets because they lack vitamin D and all that delicious ish. Only a few minutes of sunlight is really necessary to get all of the vitamin D absorbtion/production/trans..um..lactition.. necessary.
Most of the pros just slather themselves with sunless tanning lotions. They use a crapload of it, too. Sometimes if you look in magazines you can see guys right after contests and the stuff is flaking off, and it looks like they have psoriasis or something.
IMO, if they'd just tan for an hour twice a week, they'd look a hundred times better, and wouldnt look like fools in the magazines. They sometimes use that shoe polish crap that has to be applied with gloves, because it will even stain the palms of your hands. Sometimes if the person applying it is really sloppy you'll see smudges of the **** on their posing trunks.
But those guys usually arent in the magazines.
Don't avoid the sun but don't lay out in it either. Don't worry about having a darker color. Did you know that making your skin darker unnaturally is, guess what? Unnatural.
on-stage, bodybuilders use products like pro-tan that are painted on to give them that extremely dark appearance.
umm, right. there is nothing wrong with unnatural tuttut many things that are unnatural are wonderful, such as breast implantsOriginally posted by EdgeCrusher

That wasn't my point. Read the thread starters statements. He was saying he wants his body to look natural looking and yet he wants to do it in an unnatural fashion.Originally posted by Narcissus

This is something thats been bugging me too. I am more pale than your avarage pale person, which sucks. It's not like I am a pro bodybuilder though, I just want a more normal skin tone.
I cant lay down and tan, becaues its bad, i cant go under sunbeds, because they *might* have harmful radiation increasing my risk of serious skin cancer, and I dont have the money to go in one of those homo salons and get a spray on tan, and the lotion you can get doesnt last very long.
Seems i'm stuck![]()
To my knowledge some of the lotions last for a pretty good while, like 3 weeks. Of course, before those three weeks are up, it starts to flake and make you feel like Michael Jackson for half a month...
Maybe someone else can reccommend a more durable, non-flaking product(which flakes because it stains the skin and only comes off when the skin comes off).
And stuff.
