Hi everyone:
I was just wondering if it is OK to mix up enough protein shake for the whole day (approx. 900ml of milk and 90g powder) in one go in the morning and keep it in the fridge (I've neither the time nor the inclination to get blending [or washing up!] thrice daily).
Will it go off, oxidise or any other negative thing, or is this general practice??

As long as you can refridgerate it, its fine. Just don't let it sit for more than a day or so.

I always mix mine in the morning and keep it in a thermos in the firdge at work til I drink that afternoon. The one thing you can't do is mix in creatine. Creatine will break down in about an hour in water.
