"Not every user is the huge acne infested freak at your local gym," he said. "You'd be surprised at who your average steroid user is. He's that guy next door who has a wife, a few kids, and is taking medication to take his body beyond his genetic limitations. I'm ashamed to live in a society where men and women can have fat sucked out of their ass and injected into their lips, but when they inject a medicine that is perfectly legal in many countries, they're just considered villains." --Jeff Wilmoth

You can look up the nutritional info at the site below

That wouldn't make it have zero fat though.
I never said zero did I? It would reduce the fat though.
Who likes to chew on the fat anyway? I don't know anyone who doesn't cut off the noticeable fat around the edges.
You can always ask the butcher to cut off the fat.

The fat is where the flava is at though.
Train.
it also depends on how you plan on cooking it. if you grill it, more fat will obviously come off as apposed to pan-frying it.

Will putting it in an oven remove some of the fat? Becuase when I do, I notice the grease on the pan, and I just drain it in the sink.

Yes, because more fat on the pan means less is in whatever you are cooking. This is the whole point behind Foreman grills.Originally posted by Ironman8

You shouln't put grease down the drain, it clogs the pipes. Really bad for septics, bad for city sewer too.Originally posted by Ironman8

i agree. drain it in a paper bowl or somthing, let it set and get "stiff" then i usually just put it in a plastic bag and throw it in the garbage outside.Originally posted by Berserker
