Just want to say hi!Ive been on the board for quite a long time(reading) but i didnt post much. Anyway im 19 5.11 185 9% BF Ive been training for bout 2 year (1year seriously) and my only goal is SIZE! I want a 225 8-9% in a long term goal.I may get some pics and start a journal... Thanks for your help and i appreciate alot this board! (Sorry for my spelling,English is not my first langage)
