    Raw oatmeal ok??

    Is putting uncooked oatmeal in my protein shakes ok??
    Does it have to be instant? or can it be like the bulk whole wheat oatmeal they sell by the lb at the supermarket?

    Thanks for any help

    Uncooked would be fine, although it might be hard to drink it down. The regular oatmeal would be ok to use. The instant is chopped into smaller pieces which might work better but it also has sodium added as well.
