I am 5'11 155 and have a 31 inch waist. I am fairly thin.
However I look at pics of guys who are cut and ripped or whatever. I notice their skin is very tight and it looks like they can't pinch at all. I on the other hand have a lot of skin that seems like it should be tighter. I can pinch some up under my chest just standing up. It's weird because I'm not fat at all.
What causes this. I was around 220 when I was in like 8th grade but I'm 20 not I've been thin for 5-6 years now. Could the loose skin be due to the fact I was heavy at one point???
What can be done to tighten up your skin???
Anything please???

well these guys have a low body fat but there muscles are so big it stretches the skin. Thats how they get this really thin skin cut look.
So really all you have to do is.
Build the muscle under there and eventually you'll look the same..
Ya, I also had loose skin on my stomach. I could pinch ALOT of skin. But after a year of working on my abs, I'm beggining to see some good results. So, as Kirman said, build under the skin.

If that is the awnser than I thats good.
One problem I have is:
My chest is getting bigger, and is cut on the sides and in between pecs. But the bottom isn't as sculped as I'd like it to be. I have a problem with loose skin right under my pecs. Again, I could probably loose a little body fat but I'd guess I'm at like 11% right now. So it is loose skin that is causing this problem.
But if you guys are right I guess just building more muscle will help the skin strench.

I think under the chest is one of the last place to lose fat. So you might need to cut a little more.
Try doing weighted dips to work the chest. I find they perk up yer boobies![]()

Under your chest is the last place to go along with the front of your gut. If you natrually have gyno then it will be harder to lose the fat under your chest. My tits have shrunk a good bit I only have about a pinch left. But my stomach I have about a handful of empty loose skin. That is coverd in its old stretch marks.

At 5'10" last Jan/02 I was 280 Lbs with a 44 waist.
Now as of Dec/02 I am 210 with a 34-36 waist. A year complete 70 pounds lost now lets get big .

I hear surgey is the only answer. I have lost so much weight but in comparison to some of the skin I have left I dont no if ever going to leave. This really upsets me becasue I know I cant afford a surgery and having that "look" is what I want so bad.
