I'm 19, and I have quite a bit of muscle mass, but I have been told that I'm overtraining. I have been working my chest 3 times a week! I'm not on any supplements, and don't really play to be. I need a split. I'm looking for a little more muscle mass, but I dont want to really bulk up. Some one please give me some exersizes for a split, and some rep combos.
Three times a week is most likely overtraining, unless your not training hard. HST is fullbody wo 3 times a week.
