    Gaining/cutting first timer

    Hi guys,
    Im in my first gain cycle and gained 8 pounds or so in 2 months for which 4.5-5 is lean and the rest fat. Is this to much fat to muscle ratio in gain? I am currently 9.8% and dont want to get to fat to quick. Also what should bemy upper % limit during my first cycle?

    Any help really welcome,

    This would all depend on the individual IMO. If you want to gain weight fast then you are more than likely going to gain bf at a higher rate as well. If you feel that you are gaining too much bf then try and gain a smaller amount each week. As far as when to quit gaining that is up to you as well. There is no set point at which to cut.

    Try gaining about a half a pound each week and see what kind of results you get. I know this is not really a definite answer but there really isn't a straightforward answer as it will vary from person to person.
