Hey hey...
I haven't been counting calories, protein intake etc.. but have been eating clean. I have done the Body For Life method of eating on and off for awhile now. However, I hate the fact knowing that I have no idea how much I am eating, and I think if I counted... I would do better, and tailor my diet to reach my goals.
I am trying to do the impossible. I want to lose my gut, and gain muscle! Want to look cut...
Anyone willing to help with my diet?
I am 5'11
I weigh 180lbs
and I'd say my activity level is lackluster.. except when I train.

So have you got some good scales, and a calorie counting book ?
Also get a notepad of some sort to jot down each days eating..
Weigh and count everything you eat for 1 week. Write it down and calculate your total protein, carbs, fat and total calories for each day..
Thats easy
Then post here what ya found out and we will try and help ya![]()
