i havent done any training 4 weeks as ive been very bad,
also i have not been taking my protein, because of being bad it was making me puke drinking it.
well my question is,, will i have lost musle growth ?
ive noticed my chest was not as big as it used to be?
does this mean ive lost musule or water retention ??
bit worried as if i have lost musule, ive got to start from scratch and put it back on which will take months again ?
There's no doubt you lost some muscle, but it won't take months to get it back. At least you haven't lost all of it (hopefully).

Don't beat yourself up for it. Slipups happen, although a 4 week one is a pretty long one. Don't sweat it, just let it motivate you to stay in the gym on a more regular basis.
