Cardio and Weight lifting. Contribute to hair loss?

This is just a stab in the dark because I've only heard this once before. Is there any link between intense cardio and weight lifting contribute to hair loss? Like receding hair line etc??

I highly doubt it, unless someone can show a respectable study done on it. Besides, I'd rather be buff and look good and end up bald in my late thirties or early forties than be out of shape my whole life.

I don't think so. Genetics contribute to it, also stress.

stress? really? I heard that stress doesnt cause it. There's a saying that says the things you did when you were 15 and didnt cause hairloss, won't cause hairloss now. (im 24)

I dont think there was ever a study. Does anyone know?

i think it is mostly genetics. also, if you arnt eating enough (anorexic, bulimic, etc.) im pretty sure you may lose some hair.

"... chicks are like smarties. They're different colors but each share the same deliciousness. Its just a matter of deciding if you'll save the red ones for last or eat a bunch of different ones in the same handful." -wibble
