when im doing bendy exercises like squats/deadlifts, i get this really sharp pain where my right leg joins my hip just above the pubic line, what could it be?
It could be a hernia. I had one before and that's about where it hurts. Generaly it'll be sore most of the time too. Compare the side that hurt to the other side. If it seems a little puffier or swollen that could be it.

Nah it looks fine, it only happens in the bottom of a squat or a deadlift a really sharp pain, could it be my hip isnt flexible
Most likely a muscle strain, but I'm no doctor. I got checked for a hernia during a physical and was certain I had one after noticing the same pain, but turns out I had no hernia. Don't risk it though, go to a doctor and get it checked out.
