    cracking ankles

When I walk, every step, my ankles crack. Walking up/down stairs its lowder, If I turn my feet in a circular motion, they crack. I remember that I used to sprain my ankles a lot when I was younger...

WTF is it? What can I do about it?

Just ligaments, most likely. Mine do the same thing, except only when on stairs. There's at least six ligaments in the ankle that I can think of, probably more.
