What is a good mass gaining split, i can workout up to 5 days a week. What days should I do which muscle?

whatever routine you use, just eat a lot. All routines will PRETTY MUCH do the same (BBing routines) the determining factor for size is how much you eat.

Yeh I have done 2 cycles of HST last year, and I'm about to start another cycle in just over 2 weeks.
Check out the HST forum on that link I posted, there is a thread with results of people using HST.

Cheers Tank i am glad it seems to work for you, i am going to try this on Monday (taking a week off from the gym then HIT the iron hard, doing this new HST)

I checked the results thread and was actually surprised by how many people weren't satisfied with their gains. LOL, wasn't this the program to end all programs? They MUST be doing something wrong, then.(I know, I know
)
However, eating is what makes one big, anyway. Just remember to train, too.
