For the past year, I have been a powerlifter. Lifting heavily, and focusing solely on strength, and I must say I am pleased with the results thus far. Lately, though, I have been wanting to try some bodybuilding. I like the idea of being freakishly strong(powerlifter), but I also want to be freakishly big. I can't decide though. It would be a complete and total change. Going from maxing out every week(WSB), and focusing only on the three main lifts, to doing a 4 day a week BB split focusing only on getting bigger. I would also have to watch my eating, so that the newly developed muscles would show. I screwed up my back really bad today, maxing out on SLDL's, so It will be a while before I am able to lift again. Once I have recovered, though, I am going to go on a Bodybuiling split, much like Belial's. I am about 89% sure of starting bodybuilding, but I want to be 100% sure before I start. Please either talk me out of it, or persuade me to do it. Thanks![]()
