    Free Day Question

My Free Day is really free. I don’t worry about drinking a gallon of water or eating six times per day. Also, although I don’t overdose on junk food I do eat some crap like candy or chocolate or stuff that I’ve been craving. Is this Okay? Or should I try and have some self control on my Free Day?

I'm an endomorph, and when i have free days, i just eat whatever the hell i want. Friday I ate like no other...

Through Out the day i ate a regular diet, but around 8 i started eating like a monster.
    - 1 whole bag of Tortilla Chips
    - Rubio's Lobster Burrito
    - Rubio's Fish Taco
    - More Chips
    - 2 Slices of Cheese Cake
    - Peanut m&m's
    - Popcorn.

All in about... 4 1/2 hours. SO good. It didn't really hinder my overall progress either.

A cheat day can have some positive aspects both psychologically and metabolically. As long as you keep calories under control and just don't gorge yourself on 5000+ cals of junk then it should be fine. A planned refeed would be a better strategy IMO, assuming you are around 15%bf or so, otherwise the metabolic benefits would not be that great. Psychological benefits would still be there

what is a sope? soup? soap?

that doesn't seem too bad for a "free day" lots of protein

A sope is Mexican food. It has meat, beans, cheese, letuce and sour cream.

if you're under 15% bf and cutting then I'd do it, but if you're over, you might want to restructure your diet because it sounds like you are dieing from not eating these things throughout the week
My profile picture is about 5 years old, I'll get around to taking some progress pics eventually.
