    My oh my how do I miss reading this journal. Amazing work as usual. Ghetto rows? I gotta hear this. Have we decided to just keep rep counts w/o weight as I'm assuming it's pretty consistant or are you just no longer disclosing it any more? How do I miss reading about your 700+ pound shrugs. Regardless, nice to be back and reading your stuff for inspiration! (and thanks for the Birthday wishes!)
