    Yeah, as always rows and shrugs are phenominal. You must have traps of steel. Do you still have a neck or does your head now blend in with your shoulders?

    Hold on, I'm coming with the 495 squats - ...didn't really feel like even giving it a try at first, but just left caution to the wind and did doubles at 465. Time to get this $hit together, lol.

    They were hanging right on this one, lol - ...2 dudes said I had another rep on the 345 flat bench, Coke was smooth with it I have to admit - ...got a pr on the bb shoulder press and I believe the seated dips machine as well.
