How do you like heavy db lateral raises? I usually stick to higher reps for those. Have you seen a good amount of growth from doing them that heavy?

Proof that all it really takes is consistency and lifting **** heavy weights. The volume in your routine isnt even that high and you are still a beast.

You're strength levels never cease to amaze me! I agree, it is nice to have a partner to train with too....I do like training alone, because relying on people kinda sucks....but if they are motivated and reliable, then they can definitely be very helpful and fun to train with!

I love the post season NFL too....I'm pissed the Eagles were out after first round though....grrrr...Eh whatever.

    February 9, 2011 - WEDNESDAY

    CHEST/DELTS & TRICEPS

    BENCH PRESS
    205 x 5, 265 x 5, 325 x 4, 365 x 3

    CLOSE GRIP BENCH PRESS

    245 x 5, 285 x 5, 325 x 3

    215 x 5, 235 x 5, 255 x 5

    DB LATERAL RAISES
    50 x 6, 55 x 6, 60 x 6

I need to revise things overall but I'm really just getting back to the db lateral raises, they are a great movement imo and were very helpful in the past for giving a delusion of width to the shoulders.
