Those rows are massive. Its unreal that you are moving that much weight on them.

What I love about this journal is that you NEVER skimp on the hard work, as Nick said, back is king and you appear to be king of heavy rows.

Not trying to be evasive about my weight, haven't jumped on the scale lately, can't even guess where I'm at. Thanks time and again fellas!!

    February 15, 2011 - TUESDAY

    LEGS

    SQUATS
    195 x 6, 275 x 6, 355 x 6

    LEG EXTENSIONS
    70 x 8, 90 x 8, 110 x 8

    ANGLED STANDING CALF RAISES
    240 x 15, 240 x 15

    STANDING LEG CURLS
    50 x 8, 50 x 8, 50 x 8

    SEATED LEG PRESSES
    310 x 6, 330 x 6

Workout almost did not happen, so much going on these days and it's testing me. This workout was tough despite the lighter weights, aiming to up the reps for a more bodybuilding effect.

I feel you Terry. When time gets tight you do have to sacrifice a bit, especially for the extracurriculars.

If you decide to up the reps, try to keep it heavier from time to time on some of the big movements. It's nice seeing the larger numbers from you.

"Lighter weights" for you is still pretty heavy. Don't you hate it when life gets in the way of what you want to do? Way to get a workout in Coke.
