I have very inconsistent eating patterns in that I am always making adjustments, but I do stick with the standards like chicken breasts, lean ground beef, brown rice, and oatmeal. I am real fond of potatoes, be they mashed or baked, but really don't like to bother much where preparing ahead is concerned. More recently I'm into the ground chuck with rice, and a little tomatoe sauce.
So basically I change around and do my share of experimentation with meals, and even protein drinks. I like an occasional well stacked pizza, and without fail will order a generous amount of chicken wings every other week on average as I pass this great joint here in town Saturday afternoons. My two all time favorite foods are spaghetti w/gr beef and wings, everything else follows not too far behind...nothing like a huge cheeseburger (and fries) during the week or there's hell to pay, lol.
Although the diet is fairly clean, things like deserts and fast foods are not ruled out.
