Well said brother!!!When i think about the Chocolate Bar journal, WBB and all my fine friends from here, I am reminded of the phrase, "these are the ties that bind". There is a universal code among all those who walk into a room of weights and move 'em about, here is where we set our differences aside.
Accept the challenges so that you can feel the exhilaration of victory.

All armies ever to have marched,
All ships ever to have sailed the seas,
All parliaments that ever sat,
All kings that ever reigned,
...have not had such a profound influence on the people of this planet
as did this carpenters life! JESUS YOU REIGN!
This is the true joy in life, the being used for a purpose recognized by yourself as a mighty one; the being thoroughly worn out before you are thrown on the scrap heap; the being a force of Nature instead of a feverish selfish little clod of ailments and grievances complaining that the world will not devote itself to making you happy - George Bernard Shaw
I've been following your journal for a while, Coke, and I just want to say how inspirational seeing these numbers are to me. Your progression over the years is remarkable - as well as keeping the journal for so long. Great stuff, sir. Enjoy your break!

For those that have been living under a rock, the new Mr Olympia is now the amazing Phil Heath, big time congratulations to him on reaching the pinnacle of the sport.
This is a new era in professional bodybuilding and Phil clearly represents it flawlessly. The only other athlete that I feel would be deserving of the title is none other than Branch Warren who had to withdraw this year due to injury.

This is enough to help me get back into it, could have gone heavier especially on flat bench, but experimented and did some speed work and even paused reps at times.
I suspect things may be a little chaotic at first as I may be all over the place, that is unless I structure or get things planned out in the meantime...don't know what I want to do, haven't decided how to approach things moving forward.

Thinking of changing up your training style a bit?
That Phil Heath is a monster. Also has great symmetry and doesn't have that HGH junkie look. Reminds me more of the Arnold era.
I'm sure you'll figure out something that works for you, nice job as always
