These journals do much to put things into perspective, none of this is easy or happens overnight - it takes tremendous effort(s) and a great deal of time to manifest with obvious results.
And it never ends...no one has the perfect situation, the perfect body, the perfect relationship, etc - sometimes you have to face life's challenges in order to make these things happen more to your liking.
One reason we all connect so well is this, we have these lifting and physique goals we wish to bring to fruition, and are doing what we can to see it through.
