Coke, you've got to be well over 200 lbs, and you still add 80 to your pull ups? Beast.

Been feeling subpar the past week but was beastin' the best I could regardless with one exception, no leg training this week again. I've noticed a pattern and will be keeping an eye on and squaring away the fact I be skipping out on leg work once or 1.5 times per month - can't afford to be having anymore of that.

    June 8, 2012 - FRIDAY

    BACK/TRAPS & LEGS

    BB ROWS
    315 x 3, 385 x 3, 455 x 2

    BB SHRUGS
    455 x 4, 525 x 3, 585 x 2

    POWER SQUATS
    315 x 6, 405 x 6, 495 x 6

Basically tested things out, wanted to see where I stood...to start at 3pps rows was a tad heavy but still had it all in check. Actually proud but also disappointed in that I was hoping to be repping 455 rows and 6pps shrugs at this point. Make no mistake, there will always be work to do, no stone left unturned.
