Today's workout was done on the fly (lunch hour), and at least I got those 60's... Otherwise it was nothing to write home about.

fridays workout looked good. Short, sweet, and to the point. The 60's are on tb db press were nice.

I had to miss my last couple of workouts due to going away last weekend - I even had to take off work on Monday but 10 days later I still did those squats and reached the 245's....
Nice leg day C. Those squats are lookin' really strong. Doesn't going away really screw things up? Hope you had a good time.
I had way too much fun (if there is such a thing) but I was not sure if I could still bump it 10 days later and went in there and proved it.
