    Cardio, whats the best?

I am in pretty good shap but have a bit of a gut, I know the only real way to get this off is to do alot of cardio. Whats the best and how often should I do it to get maximum results?

How much and how often? I want to lose it in about 6 weeks. Should I be doing an hour a day 7 days a week?

HIIT. 3-4 times a week for 8-15 minutes
My profile picture is about 5 years old, I'll get around to taking some progress pics eventually.

There is a sticky at the top of this very page. There is also a thread titled "HIIT" like two posts down. But whatever...here you go:

And yes, that is all you need to do. No need to do more...in fact, trust me, you will not be able to do more.
I am cool beyond all natural explanation.

If there is one thing I've learned since my short stay at WBB, it's fat loss / muscle gain TAKES TIME!
If you want too much in a short period, it will backfire.
