I am in pretty good shap but have a bit of a gut, I know the only real way to get this off is to do alot of cardio. Whats the best and how often should I do it to get maximum results?
I like the elliptical cross trainers.
HIIT hands down is the best for reducing subcutaneous fat in the midsection...

Not sure about the 'gut' but i do a lot of cardio through using a rowing machine... helps on a cut too..
