Thats impressive that you know a COUPLE people that have DONE this!! I have seen a few of my friends try and NONE of them have come close. One got the gallon of milk down in an hour but under 5 minutes later it came right back up.
Your friends did use WHOLE milk and kept it down for an hour right?
When I watched, one of them used whole, one used 2%. Both guys are 50-100lbs overweight, so maybe that has some bearing on it. I think it was on Jack Ass where they did the Egg Nog challenge. Same idea, only with Egg Nog. I think that would make it even harder!
