i was doing shrugs today and ive gotten up to 7 plates max. well when i was jsut doing 5 the bar bent today, (not fully, maybe a 2" dept curve). well the worksers at the gym will were pissed since it takes em forever to buy a new one. ya it makes me feel good even tho its not much![]()
Q: at what do you determine that you should stop bulking-up and eating bigger meals for mass, and start cutting?
A: once i ran out of dumbells and all the olympic bars were all bent up i was like well might as well start cutting

bench: 295
