Yesterday i went shopping at a local supermarket to try and find a cereal that looked like it would taste good and still be healthy. I ended up buying some brand i never heard before. For each serving it has 1g of fat 26g of carbs 6g of sugar 10g of fiber and 8g of protein. I recently been looking for a cereal because i am starting to get tired of the slimfast shakes in the morning. The shakes do taste great but i was looking for a cereal as a change of paste and with cereal i like to put bananas and blueberries in it. I wanted to know if anyone knew of any cereal to have that is good for you that has atleast 3-5g of fiber and not alot of sugar in it. Thanks

Kashi is one of the better whole grain cereals IMO. It does have ~5-6g of sugar (depending on the type), but all in all tastes good.

OMG, just tried Kashi's GoLean cereal and it tastes really good. How come the stuff rises to the top of the milk![]()

I sprinkle kashi go-lean on my nonfat yogurt for the satisfying crunch, and I do the same with Fiber One on top of my nonfat cottage cheese. Love both of those combos!

Always read the ingredients list. Even wheaties - "the breakfast of champions", has partially hydrogenated oil in it.
i like cheerios. in the sumemrtime.

all bran is ok...taste is fine just its hard 2 swallow so u need to make sure it doesnt dry up in your mouth so swallow fast! lol...and i looove rasian bran! mmmmmmm...
and of course oats...lol but that gets tirin after a while
