    sleep hurt

    i never injure my shoulder when i lift. but once in a while after going to sleep ill wake up and my back side muscle in my shoulder hurts. raisin my arm to the side sucks. i put ben gay on it, plus the smell is great. but why does it do this? could i be pinching the muscle when i sleep?

    i do sleep on my back, i try sides, belly everything, nothin seems to get me there
