    Stomach Distension - A Cure?

I've been clean bulking for about 2 years now, and I jumped from 165lbs. @ ~10% BF to 210lbs. @ ~13% BF. Throughout the process the lining of my stomach has stretched to hold all that food. In turn, this and the increased GH levels in my system has made my stomach distended (i.e. at times I look pregnant). It isn't a gut, it is still very hard, but it looks like a gut.

Now that I'm cutting, will this stomach distension disappear over time?

    Maybe.
    Squats work better than supplements.
"You know, if I thought like that, I'd never put more than one plate on the bar for anything, I'd never use bands or chains, I'd never squat to parallel or below, and I'd never let out the slightest grunt when I lift. At some point in your lifting career (assuming you're planning on getting reasonably strong and big), you're going to have to accept that most people think you are some kind of freak." -Sensei

not sure what you mean here

I understand you being coy about this

I gather if you were taking GH that your organs have grown

    will they ever shrink ?

    I doubt it

what would cause an organ to atrophy ????

Now that I re-read my post I can see how it might be misinterpreted. No, I haven't taken GH or any other form of anabolic substance. I'm staunchly committed to remaining natural. Still, GH levels can naturally increase.

I think the culprit, however, is simply an increase in the lining of the stomach (i.e. how one looks after eating a large meal).

After reading ST's post in this thread:
    http://www.wannabebigforums.com/show...threadid=34447

I highly doubt its your GH levels. On top of the fact that if that were true I really doubt you would have effected the levels enough to cause that simply from your eating. Though eating habits can affect GH levels not to that level or you would probably see more of it.

Dieting down, could probably get rid of most of it. Especially if you are the type of person to store their fat around their gut and lower back.

I have a question on #3 from STs response. I have heard that there is undigested food in the stomach/intestines that can cause poor digestion from the food you eat. Is there a way to remove this undigested stuff?

I believe this is what he is referring to but I am not positive. If so it seems that an operation is the way this is treated.

What about training your transverse abdominis? Might be worth looking into, but I might be way off base.

I'm sure it would prevent it
