Well, since I have been working out, my body has felt a lot sittfer. Can anyone give me their stretching routine or yoga routine, or maybe point me to a site that has some good info on full body flexibility?

i typically take one yoga class a week at the gym. and after doing cardio i stretch my legs. that's about it, really.

with flexibility? of course. strength as well.
all stretching is is getting your muscles used to extending in a certain way. the more you do the better you get at it.
