I think I lack omega 3's and omega 6's intake and I was wondering what supplements should I buy form a health food store in terms of pills?

Fish oil supplement would help you get in adequate amounts of n-3 fats.

Most people get plenty of n-6 fats through their diet, so unless you are eating close to a fat free diet I would imagine that you are getting in enough n-6 fats. I would recommend getting ~25% of your daily cals from fat.
The studies done on fish oil used 6g per day, so somewhere around 6-8g per day would probably be sufficient.

I take 1 gram(1000 mg) capsules as well, those things are huge, hard to swallow 10 of those a day
I only bought them in capsule form because that's the only kind I could find from the site I was ordering everything from.
My profile picture is about 5 years old, I'll get around to taking some progress pics eventually.
