I am about to begin wbb 1 ...and it says chin ups...But im confused about chin ups and pull ups...whats the difference between them...is it the way you grab the bar?? I read when doing chin ups your palms face the body and the contrary goes for pull ups...
So in WBB 1 should my palms face my body???
