ok, i have a little problem. it seems that the day after i work my legs/tri's, i get diarrhea/loose stools. does anyone else have this problem, is there anything i can do about it? is there a reason?
(some of you might think this is funny, but i am serious, its kind of annoying!)
lol I submit that it is not working legs and tris that is giving you loose stools. Are you taking creatine? Have you changed your diet recently?

no, and...no. could it be tghe massive influx of lactic acid in my system. or, maybe, because i strain so hard doing squats and leg presses, it might "loosen" up a few things?
it just seems weird that the past 8 weeks, the day after working legs/tri's, i get "that problem". no other day.
Well I guess stranger thing's have happened.

Could be. I seem to get the runs from doing distance running at night, no other time. My guess would be a combination of the straining and lactic acid buildup, in your case. Stranger things have definitely happened though.

LMAO dude you have the strangest body ever. Sounds like the list of thing's that is causing your loose bowels is growing. Are you sure it's not just a coincidence? Like soon it will be tying your shoes while laying down on cotton sheets with silk pillowcases.
